The Journal of Policy History (JPH) provides an interdisciplinary forum for scholars concerned with the application of historical perspectives to public policy studies. JPH encourages interdisciplinary research into the origins and development of public policy in the United States and in other countries as well. Each year the first issue is devoted to special topics including drug control policy, the refugee/asylum dilemma, urban policy, equal opportunity and affirmative action, and civil rights policy.
